Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Peeld platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Peeld.
• If you are using Peeld on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
• Your organization is responsible for all activity conducted under accounts it manages.

Peeld is an operational AI evaluation, behavior control, and monitoring platform. The service includes:

• Evaluation modules for assessing AI model behavior, safety, and compliance.
• Assessment pipelines for running structured evaluations across deployments.
• Compliance reports and monitoring dashboards for ongoing governance.
• API access and integrations for embedding evaluations into your CI/CD workflows.

We target 99.9% platform availability, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of your account. Specifically:

• Maintain accurate, current, and complete account information at all times.
• Keep your credentials confidential and do not share access tokens with unauthorized parties.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
• Notify us immediately at security@peeld.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to use the Peeld platform in a lawful and responsible manner. You may not:

• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform or its evaluation modules.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s security mechanisms, infrastructure, or other users’ access.
• Use the platform to evaluate AI systems that are themselves designed for illegal purposes.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls imposed by your subscription tier.

Intellectual property rights are allocated as follows between Peeld and its users:

• Peeld owns the platform, evaluation modules, assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, and all related documentation and branding.
• You retain ownership of your deployment data, model configurations, and any proprietary information you submit for evaluation.
• Reports generated by Peeld are licensed to you for your internal and regulatory use. You may share reports with auditors and regulators as needed.
• Feedback you provide about the platform may be used by Peeld to improve its products and services without obligation.

Peeld offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Payment terms are as follows:

• A free tier is available with defined usage limits on evaluations, workspaces, and API calls.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected billing cycle.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ prior written notice. Changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are provided at Peeld’s discretion. Contact billing@peeld.ai for billing inquiries.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

• Peeld processes data you submit as a data processor acting on your behalf (the data controller).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data provided for evaluation.
• We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and enterprise-grade security across all data handling operations.

The Peeld platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• Evaluation results are informational in nature and do not constitute legal, compliance, or regulatory advice.
• Peeld is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid to Peeld in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Either party may terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

• Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice for any reason.
• Peeld may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use policy.
• Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
• Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Peeld.
